What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we always want to make sure you are happy with your order.

Please note that not all manufacturers accept returns and not all products are returnable.

Please check the product(s) information carefully before placing the order.

All returnable items must be returned within 30 days of placing the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise, a refund can’t be issued.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping on any item(s) that is not damaged.

All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee, and a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions that will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping back your item(s) you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do, but only on select products.

Products that are eligible for free shipping, will include a Free Shipping tag on the product page.

Shipping rates on our products differ from brand to brand and can be calculated at the cart page using our shipping calculator, and at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time of each item(s) on our website is different depending on the brand, and it can be found on each product page.

If the item(s) you ordered is in stock and ready to ship, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed with no guarantees.

Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse backlogs. In this situation, we will notify you via email to obtain your permission to proceed with the order.

Estimated delivery times are not a guarantee and are subject to change.

Items that are made-to-order or custom can take longer to be delivered.

How do I check the status of my order?

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, try to search your email for the order number received with the order confirmation email. Emails can sometimes end up in spam/junk or other email folders.

Please feel free to contact us at info@pilatesreformersplus.com if you do not receive the tracking information.

The shipping confirmation email will include the carrier website link and the tracking number. If you are not able to track the shipment using their website, look for the carrier phone number on their website, call them, and provide the tracking information to track your shipment. They should be able to provide you with the most updated information about your shipment.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S, to the lower 48 states, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Our business is based in Florida, U.S, however, we ship from different warehouses and manufacturers across different states within and outside of the U.S.

How much space do I need for a reformer?

The amount of space you will need will depend on the size of the person using the reformer. You will need enough space for the reformer itself, and for the user’s limbs to fully extend outward when using it.

The standard recommended clearance for a reformer is 4-5 feet in width per unit.

To ensure you have enough space for your equipment, measure the dimensions of the room you intend to keep your equipment in. Then, compare this to the product’s dimensions which can be found in its description.

Do you have the option for the order to be picked up instead of shipped out?

We do not offer the option for a pick up as our units are shipped directly from different warehouses which are not open to the public.

The specific warehouse your product is being shipped from depends on its brand and the delivery address.

Why is your price different from the brand's website?

We sell the vast majority of our products at a lower price than what they originally retailed for on the brands’ website.

This is due to us being an authorized dealer for the brands we sell.

We aim to make our Pilates equipment as affordable and accessible as possible, so everyone can enjoy the exercise no matter their budget.

Do you offer military, healthcare professional, or instructor discounts?

What is your exchange policy?

Please note that not all manufacturers accept returns and not all products are returnable. So, exchanging products is not always possible.

Please check the product(s) information carefully before placing the order.

For products that are eligible for return, you will need to follow our return process mentions in our return policy page. Once returned, we can offer you the option to exchange it in accordance with our policies.

If you received your item(s) damaged, please make sure to follow our shipping & receiving policy and you will be covered for any damage to get a replacement.

What’s the best reformer for beginners?

What can be considered the best Pilates reformer, or piece of equipment in general, is a very subjective question. There are so many individualistic factors, from your height, weight, fitness level, lifestyle, budget, and reasons for doing Pilates, which will impact what reformer is right for you.

Despite this, a brand consistently rated highly by beginners and amateur Pilates enthusiasts is AeroPilates. Their equipment is highly affordable, easy to store, simple to use, and has been specifically designed for home use.

Other brands that are rated highly for beginners include Peak Pilates and Elina Pilates, with their traditional and durable designs.

With that being said, any of our Pilates reformers and equipment can be used by beginners.

Do reformer springs work as well as cords and can I replace reformer springs with cords?

Springs and cords work in the same way. The major difference between them is the degree of resistance they can provide.

You can replace the cords/springs of your equipment for additional resistance or if they get snagged or damaged.

If a machine has been designed with springs, you can only use springs. Cords will not be compatible with a spring reformer, making you risk damaging your piece of equipment and sustaining personal injuries.

Are there weight limits to your Pilates machines?

Yes. Weight limits will differ from machine to machine, due to size, material, and means of construction, however, most studio reformers can hold up to 160kg (roughly 350lb).

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we do. Pilates Reformers Plus has partnered with different financial institutions to offer our customers a variety of financing options. Our financing options are available during the checkout process.

Can I use two cards to pay for my order?

Our system only allows one payment option for your purchase, you will not be able to use multiple cards in one order.

Do you sell used reformers?

Every product on our website is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and brand new. We never sell used, refurbished, or counterfeit products.

Do you price match?

We aim to offer the lowest prices possible. If you found our products cheaper on another website, kindly send us a screenshot of the final price of the item(s) you found on another website including taxes and fees, and we will be happy to review it for a possible price match.
