  • Our Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all products on our website and all orders placed on our website. It was created to protect our customers and our business, and to make your buying experience as easy and convenient as possible.

    By placing an order on our website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with our Shipping & Returns Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item(s) is on backorder or out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and void the pre-authorization in case you don’t want to keep your order until the item(s) become available.

    It is a customer's responsibility to review the order confirmation email carefully and ensure the products, sizes, colors, and other options chosen are correct.

    Before placing the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the item(s) can fit the desired space and travel through doors, corridors, and staircases in its packaging. Any returns as a result of sizing issues will be the customer’s responsibility (returnable products only).

    If the item(s) you ordered is in stock and ready to ship, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed with no guarantees.

    Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse backlogs. In this situation, we will notify you via email to obtain your permission to proceed with the order.

    The estimated delivery time of each item(s) on our website is different and can be found on each product page.
    Estimated delivery times are not a guarantee and are subject to change.
    Items that are made-to-order or custom can take longer to be delivered.

    Currently, we only ship within the USA, to the lower 48 states, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

    Once your order has shipped, changing the delivery address is not permitted.
    Any returns due to that reason will be treated as a regular return with return fees applied per our returns policy (returnable products only).

    Most of our products ship via fully insured freight shipping that is different from ground shipping. By default, all ground and freight shipments will be delivered with curbside delivery. This means that the truck driver will deliver the shipment roadside or to the end of the driveway/curb. In some cases, adding a lift-gate service won't be possible, or the item(s) will be too large for a lift-gate due to the size of the package.
    The driver has the right to refuse to use the lift-gate if he/she doesn't feel safe using it. In this case, it's the customer's responsibility to help the driver offload the package from the truck.

    Please be prepared that when delivering the shipment to your home or business, it is your responsibility to transfer the package(s) from the truck to your garage, home, or wherever you might want to store the package, and to assemble the product.

    Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive the tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, try to search your email for the order number received with the order confirmation email. Emails can sometimes end up in spam/junk or other email folders.
    Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive the tracking information.

    The shipping confirmation email will include the carrier website link and the tracking number. If you are not able to track the shipment using their website, look for the carrier phone number on their website, call them, and provide the tracking information to track your shipment. They should be able to provide you with the most updated information about your shipment.

    We always do our best to ensure fast processing and delivery of all orders.
    All orders that are shipped via freight carriers require the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.
    Once your package arrives at your local station, the freight carrier will call the phone number provided with the order to schedule a delivery appointment.
    It is the customers’ responsibility to schedule the delivery appointment with the carrier.
    The carrier will provide their available slots for delivery and you can choose an available date and time.
    We highly recommend that you keep track of your delivery and be proactive by calling the carrier to schedule the delivery appointment.

    Delivery appointments are not a guarantee and are subject to change by the carrier due to different reasons.
    We understand this is an inconvenient situation, however, cancellations due to this reason are not acceptable. Freight delays and package losses can happen with any freight carrier from any company across any state and unfortunately, our company doesn’t have control over it.
    You agree to allow the freight company to rectify the issue and deliver your package when possible.

    If you wish to cancel the order due to freight delay/losses/issues without giving the freight carrier time to rectify the issue and deliver your package, it will be considered as a regular cancellation request and you will be responsible for the shipping costs and paying restocking fees.

    An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to receive the shipment, and sign the Bill of Lading.

    All orders placed on our website are subjected to our shipping & receiving guidelines. Those guidelines can be found on this page, on every product page, and will also be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

    Please read this carefully. If you do not report product damage according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance claims and our company will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage.

    If your product is damaged in transit, as long as you follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out the replacement parts immediately.

    Here's how to properly receive your shipment:

    BOX COUNT
    Inspect all boxes and make sure you have the exact number of boxes included with this order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE THAT ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!

    CHECK FOR DAMAGE
    Next, inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE THAT ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in a new condition and you release our company and the shipping company from any liability on the shipment.

    To be clear – if you sign the bill of lading without notes, you cannot claim damage afterward. Our company is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading without notes. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for any replacement parts. Manufacturer defects are not the same as concealed damage and will be covered under the product(s) warranty.

    Please ensure that if there are no obvious signs of damage and you are going to sign for the pallet to receive the shipment, include the words “SUBJECTED TO FURTHER INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE” with your signature on the Bill of Lading.
    Doing so will make sure you will be covered in case of damage inside the boxes. Signing the Bill of Lading without adding any notes, means that you accepted the shipment and agreed that the products are in a good condition, and you will not be covered for any damage.

    OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF NOT INSPECTING THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY.

    Please, for the sanity of all parties involved, follow our shipping receiving instructions to ensure the smooth delivery of your products.

    If you find any damage when inspecting the package(s):

    • Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the Bill of Lading and delivery paperwork. Take clear pictures/video of all boxes, the damage, and the Bill of Lading, and email it to us.
    • Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces will ship as soon as possible.
    • DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
    • Any damage must be reported within five calendar days of the delivery date, due to carrier insurance regulations and rules. Any damage report outside of this time frame is subjected to refusal.
    • If the damage is cosmetic only, we reserve the right to repair the product/part as new with a new part or professional assistance.

    If we processed an insurance claim for damage with the carrier/manufacturer, we will be able to process refunds/replacements without waiting for the claim decision (which can take some time).
    When processing an insurance claim for damage, you agree to hold onto the damaged item(s) and the original box/carton the item(s) came in until the claim is closed with a final decision.
    Refusal to warehouse the damaged item(s) and the original box/carton, means that we won’t be able to process the insurance claim and/or process refunds/replacements.
    This is a required procedure with all shipping carriers when processing insurance claims.

    Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we always want to make sure you are happy with your order.
    Please note that not all manufacturers accept returns and not all products are returnable.
    Please check the product(s) information carefully before placing the order.

    Non-Returnable item(s)

    • Equipment - all large equipment such as, reformers, cadillac/trapeze tables, chairs, barrels, microformers, megaformers
    • Custom/made-to-order products
    • Sale items purchase at a reduced price
    • Springs, loops, hands and feet straps, fuzzies, handles and vinyl covers are non-returnable

    Non-returnable items are still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts according to each product warranty.
    If the item(s) ships via freight carrier, it will be covered with insurance for any damage that might occur during shipment.
    As long as you follow our shipping & receiving policy, we will be able to process a replacement at no cost as soon as possible.

    How to return a returnable product(s):

    • All returnable items must be returned within 30 days of placing the order.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise, a refund can’t be issued.
    • It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping on any item(s) that is not damaged.
    • All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee, and a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions that will be deducted from your refund.
    • When shipping back your item(s) you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

    Most of our items ship directly from our suppliers or the manufacturer warehouses, and we are prepared for fast shipping after your order is placed. Therefore, items can only be canceled within 1 hour after placement with no guarantees.
    It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order.
    In the cancellation request, please include your order number, contact information and the name of your product(s), and we will do our best to cancel your order.

    If your order wasn’t processed/shipped yet and can be canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and we will void the transaction so you won't be charged. If we already charged your card, we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment, and your order will be is subjected to a 3% processing fee that will be deducted from the total refund.

    If the item(s) is already processed or shipped and can’t be canceled, you will have the option to refuse the delivery or return your order once delivered (returnable products only).
    Such a return is subjected to a return shipping fee, restocking fee, and 3% processing fee on credit card transactions, which will be deducted from your refund.
    The refund will be processed once the item has been received at the warehouse and inspected.

    In addition to the default ground and curbside delivery, we offer home delivery and professional installation services for some of our products for an extra charge.
    These services can be purchased from the product pages or using our home delivery & professional installation page.
    Home delivery and professional installation prices are calculated per item. For orders with multiple items, these services need to be purchased per item.

    Once your order has shipped and the shipment arrived at your local station, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Once scheduled, you will need to contact us and provide us with the delivery date and time, at least 3 days ahead, so we can schedule the home delivery & professional installation for you.
    Let us know at least 24 hours ahead about any changes with your delivery date so we can inform the home delivery team and reschedule.

    Inside Delivery Only (Installation not included)
    The home delivery team will unload and carry your item(s) from the delivery truck to a room of choice inside your home (installation not included).

    Inside Delivery & Professional Installation
    The home delivery team will unload and carry your item(s) from the delivery truck to a room of choice inside your home and will assemble them.

    Once the inside home delivery and/or professional installation is completed, the home delivery team will take a few pictures.
    Should you have any remarks/notes, please let the home delivery team know and note that on the installation receipt.
    Once you sign the installation receipt without any remarks/notes, you are confirming that the inside delivery/installation was completed and your item(s) is in good condition.
    Debris and trash removal are not included with these services.

    Home delivery and professional installation services will be performed by third-party companies and not by our company.
    Our company is not responsible for any losses, damages, issues, and inconvenience caused by the installers and/or movers.
    Any damage caused by the installers and/or movers will be covered by the insurance of the companies providing those services.
    In rare situations that item(s) got damaged by the installers and/or movers, our company will fill out the insurance claim on your behalf and do our very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Our company reserves the right to cancel or change the home delivery and/or professional installation cost due to the following reasons:

    • The room is located on a higher floor or a basement with turns and stairs
    • The delivery address is located in a remote area with limited installers availability
    • The distance from the curb to the room is considered long-distance

    In a situation where you purchased these services but it needs to be canceled, we will process your order with ground shipping or curbside delivery and we won't charge you for these services.

    Any additional charges for the home delivery & professional installation services will be paid by the customer. We will notify you of installation availability and final charges upon receiving your order.

    Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product.

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. If you need the color to be exact, it is highly recommended that you request a sample from us, before placing an order. We will ship you one if samples for the color are available. We don’t accept returns based on colors for any of our products.

    For any policy omission or clarification, the individual manufacturer policy will apply without exception. As policies are multi-faceted and constantly evolve, the customer (you) and retailer (us) agree to defer to the manufacturer's shipping & returns policy in these instances.

  • Stamina Products Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the original purchase from an authorized retailer. In the event that a product becomes defective, please contact us. or send a written notification to the address listed on the Contact Us page of this website.

    If the defect is under the limited warranty, you may be requested to return the product or part to us for repair or replacement. Stamina Products Inc. reserves the right to require the customer to pay for the return shipping of the item.

    Warranty information on a specific product can be found toward the back of the Owners Manual or you can call us. The warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to commercial use, abuse, misuse, or any type of modification by the consumer.

    To confirm your rights as described in the warranty statement, be sure to complete the Product Registration Card and mail it to us promptly! Or register on-line here.

    Note: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion on limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

    All-Sales-Final Policy

    Other than as set forth in our warranty set forth below, all sales are final and we don't refund purchases or accept return of equipment. Any fitness equipment and/or accessories which are returned as damaged will be inspected to determine whether damage was manufacture or shipping related, or otherwise are the by-product of user abuse, in which case, Maximum Fitness, Inc. reserves its right not to refund at its sole discretion.

    EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR THE RELATED AGREEMENTS, NEITHER PARTY MAKES ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, AND EACH PARTY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    For a period of one year following customers’ receipt of the machine, Maximum Fitness, Inc. will repair or replace, at their discretion, any items found to be defective. All warranty coverage will extend only if the Machine is used solely for and in conjunction with the Lagree Fitness Training Method. The warranty is void if the training is modified and/or mixed with any other type of training. All warranty repairs or replacements will be coordinated through Maximum Fitness, Inc.

    This warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not provide remedy for any defect or damage resulting from normal wear and tear (which includes, but is not limited to ripping, tearing, fraying, staining from liquids such as water, sweat or damp towels, rust, paint chipping or dulling, plastic cracking or breaking), misuse, negligence, improper assembly or installation, or any damage incurred during shipping or delivery. No warranty coverage or service will be provided for any machines not authorized for use by Lagree Fitness, Inc.

    The warranty does not cover the accessories which are purchased separately. 

    Conditions which void the Warranty:

    1) Storage which is not authorized by Maximum Fitness.

    2) Improper use of the equipment

    The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

    This warranty applies to equipment:

    While equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated

    If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.

    If upgrades are made as required by the Company

    This warranty shall be null and void if:

    All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed

    The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls

    An At-Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public

    The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company

    Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

    At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

    Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

    At Home Reformers

    Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).     This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.

    WHO MAY USE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

    Bodynetworx Worldwide, LLC extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product. This limited warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferees of the product.

    WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

    We offer the following limited warranty. This limited warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits expressed in this limited warranty. Any parts that are repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will follow the original warranty period. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

    We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If you have a defective product that you believe is covered in this limited warranty, it is important to follow the proper return procedure set forth in this limited warranty.

    Defective parts that conform to the limited warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Bodynetworx in accordance with the following terms:

    • The repair or replacement is due to a manufacturing or material defect.
    • The part has been used only for the intended purpose, and the safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
    • The defect is not due to wear and tear, scratches, tears or stains to fabric, misuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, or failure to comply with instructions
    • The defect is not due to exposure to cosmetic oils or chemicals, harsh chemicals, bleach, exposure to industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt or abrasive natural or chemical causes.
    • The defect is not due to submergence of a part in water, indoor flooding or fire damage.
    • The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated. The warranty is not transferable.
    • The claim is made within the proper warranty period.

    WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
    • This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
    • transportation;
    • storage;
    • improper use;
    • failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;
    • modifications;
    • unauthorized repair;
    • normal wear and tear; or
    • external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

    WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?

    Ten Year Warranty
    Offered for the frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul), and Reformer gear bar and footbar mechanisms.

    Two Year Warranty
    Offered for springs and mechanical components.

    Ninety Day Warranty
    Offered for upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. This does not cover wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches, or defects arising from abuse or use of harsh chemical cleansers. If the identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent will be provided.

    WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
    With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, described above, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) or refund the purchase price of such product.

    HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
    To obtain warranty service, you must email Customer Service at info@pilatesreformersplus.com during the warranty period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No warranty service will be provided without a RA number.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.

    Warranty

    90 days warranty on wearable parts (foot straps, handles, vinyl, etc). The mainframe is 10 years

    IM=X® will replace damaged parts. The customer must notify us within 5 business days

    Private Pilates warrants those products shall be delivered free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of equipment is pre-assembled and independently tested for the necessary verification test. The warranty for products shall expire two (2) years after the invoice date of the purchase and includes all the pieces of equipment. Any defect, vice or deformity to what is ordered of any part of the equipment must be reported to Private Pilates as soon as possible after discovery and, in any case, not later than 8 days from the date of delivery, under the terms of the law.

    The warranty is void if:

    • The equipment has been subject to an accident, neglect, misuse, any kind of abuse, or deterioration due to causes other than normal wear and tear.
    • Products are incorrectly installed and /or installed by non-qualified persons.
    • Original pieces have been substituted by non-original pieces.
    • The equipment is not in the ownership of its first buyer.
    • The warranty does not cover damages like rips, cuts, burns, spots, damages of cleaning materials that had not been approved by Private Pilates, damages of atmospheric conditions, and improper use of the good.
    • Once proven the defect or inconsistency of material or manufacturing, Private Pilates will repair or substitute the defected part or the whole part, according to the valuation of necessity.
    • The repaired or substituted parts will maintain their warranty for the remaining period of the original equipment.
    • The warranty does not cover shipping damages.
    • Warranty does not cover shipping fees, custom fees, or any kind of costs to install shipped pieces.
    • In no case, the warranty will give authorization for indemnity for direct or indirect damages caused to persons or objects.
    • In case warranty applies, repairing or substitution will be processed with the same material if available. If not available, a most similar material will be used.

    Attention:
    • Damages caused during shipment are covered by insurance which had been agreed between Private Pilates and the chosen shipping carrier.
    • For activating the refund procedure, you shall sign every received shipment “I accept with reservation” and specify the reasons for it (e.g. damaged packaging) on their transportation documents.
    • According to the law, the notification must be communicated within 8 days of delivery.

    Limited Warranties and Exclusions

    Balanced Body warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At Balanced Body’s sole option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty. Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty is sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.” In order to make a Warranty Return, you must follow the Warranty Return Procedure below.

    I. Limited Warranties

    Lifetime Warranty
    Standard wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables, and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A standard frame is defined as a frame that has not been modified or altered from its original specifications by Balanced Body.

    10 Years from date of Invoice
    Allegro® Reformer frames and footbars, Ladder Barrels, Step Barrels, Wunda Chairs, Combo Chairs, Arm Chairs, Wall Towers, Ped-o-Pull, Springboards, Towers and Foot Correctors. See exclusions below.

    5 Years from the date of Invoice
    Rialto™ Reformer, CoreAlign®, Orbit™, EXO® Chair, Pilates Sport® Reformer and Begin Chair®. See exclusions below.

    3-year warranty
    Custom wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A custom frame is defined as a frame that has been modified or altered from its standard specifications.

    2 Years from date of Invoice
    Pilates IQ® Reformer (for non-commercial use), and moving parts are limited warranty to 2 Years from date of Invoice. Balanced Body Signature Springs™ are also limited warranty to 2 years from the date of invoice, or after 3,000 hours of usage (whichever comes first).

    1-year from date of Invoice
    Wood storage furniture, rotator discs, oversized standing platforms, BAC disc set, Spring Circle, Flex Ring Toner®, Balanced Board, Pilates Arc™, Arc Lite™, CoreFitnessRoller®, MOTR®, Bodhi Suspension System®, Konnector®, Konnector® Lite, Oov, and Sitting Box Lite.

    90-day Warranty
    Ultra-Fit Circle® and Slastix™.

    II. Exclusions

    What is not covered: The Limited Warranties above do not cover mechanical wear parts, resistance tubing, inflatable balls, or casters. Also not covered: normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair; scratches to the finish, or tears or indentations in the upholstery or foam, whether covered by upholstery or over-molded.

    Non-returnable Items: All Balanced Body Springs, Loops, Hands and Feet Straps, Fuzzies, Handles, and Vinyl Covers are non-returnable. If you have a defective Loop or Spring, please email us or call us.

    Exclusion of all other warranties: Except for the limited warranties detailed above, Balanced Body expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Balanced Body assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the use or disposition of its products by Buyer. No oral or written information or advice is given by Balanced Body or any of its representatives shall create a warranty, whether express or implied or in any way alter the scope of this exclusion of warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the exclusions contained in this paragraph may not apply to you. In such an event, any implied warranty shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of invoice or to the minimum period prescribed by law. By accepting delivery of any product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that Balanced Body has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, to or for the benefit of Buyer which contradict any of the foregoing.

    Warranty Return Procedure

    For all returns based on the Limited Warranties detailed above, Buyer must call Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package of any returned items. Balanced Body does not accept responsibility for items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    • Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
    • Balanced Body must receive the returned items within thirty (30) days from the date on which you receive the RMA number.
    • Buyer pays return shipping costs for warranty returns, Balanced Body pays the cost of shipping the replacement item to the Buyer.
    • In the event that Balanced Body determines, in its sole discretion, that any product returned to us (i) is not under warranty, (ii) does not satisfy the conditions for Warranty Return contained above, or (iii) is returned without following the Warranty Return Procedure, Buyer (or sender) shall be solely and fully responsible for the cost of freight and insurance to return the product to Buyer (or sender).
