Order confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Shipping information:

Your order is estimated to ship within 4-5 business days from the date of your order, Although, we strive to fulfill all customer orders as soon as possible. Your product is estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days with no guarantees. Products that are made to order or custom can take 3-6 weeks to be delivered. We currently ship only within the USA, to the lower 48 states, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Order tracking:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, and your order is not a custom order, feel free to follow up with us at info@pilatesreformersplus.com

Upgraded shipping options: 

Upgraded shipping options are available for some of our products for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping, and it's not eligible, we will process the order with Standard Shipping, or Curbside Delivery if ships via freight carrier, and we won't charge you for the extra shipping option.

Freight information - IMPORTANT:

Some of Pilates Reformers Plus products are shipping with Standard Freight service that includes curbside delivery. This means that the truck driver will deliver the shipment roadside or to the end of the driveway/curb. In some cases, adding a lift-gate service won't be possible, or the product will be too large to use the lift-gate. Due to the size of the package, the driver has the right to refuse using the lift-gate if he/she doesn't feel safe using it. In this case, it's the customer's responsibility to help the driver offload package the truck. Please be prepared that when delivering the shipment to your home or business, it is your responsibility to transfer the package from the truck to your garage, or wherever you might want to store the package, and to assemble the product.

Shipping receiving instructions - IMPORTANT:

All orders from Pilates Reformers Plus which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report the damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Pilates Reformers Plus will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.

Some of the products from Pilates Reformers Plus ship via ground freight fully insured. In the event that your product is damaged in transit, as long as you follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.

Here's how to properly receive your Pilates product:

BOX COUNT
Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces to your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!

CHECK FOR DAMAGE
Next, inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it, and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.

In case you didn't get that – if you sign the bill of lading you cannot claim damage afterward. Pilates Reformers Plus is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading. Manufacturers defect is not the same as concealed damage.

In the event that something is damaged:

Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.

DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes that are in good condition.

PILATES REFORMERS PLUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF NOT INSPECTING THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY.

Return Policy

• Except for any products designated as non-returnable, we may accept returns that have been agreed to and authorized by Bodynetworx. 
• Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced according to the product warranty of the purchased product.
• If agreed by Bodynetworx to repair or replace your equipment, it is required that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at our manufacturing facility prior to repairing or replacing the product.
• The returned product / products need to be properly re-packed in original packaging and sent in new-like condition with a copy of the original invoice included.
• All returns must be agreed to and authorized by Bodynetworx. All authorized returns must include a return authorization (RA) number. To return products, you must call +1(888) 755-9481 or email Customer Service at info@pilatesreformersplus.com to obtain an RA number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number.
• Any returns made without prior authorization or an RA number will not be processed and all incurred charges—shipping or other—will be the responsibility of the returning party. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable to returned items.
• Bodynetworx must receive your request for an RA within 30 days from the date of shipment (the date stated on the invoice) and must receive the returned items within 30 days from the date on which you receive the RA number.
• Once product or products are received and inspected, Bodynetworx is free to exchange the returned item, issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund at its option.
• Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
• Any products purchased with custom size, customized material or custom configuration cannot be returned or replaced.
• Bodynetworx equipment and products are manufactured by hand and slight blemishes and minor imperfections are expected.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE

WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.

WHO MAY USE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

Bodynetworx Worldwide, LLC extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product. This limited warranty does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

We offer the following limited warranty. This limited warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits expressed in this limited warranty. Any parts that are repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will follow the original warranty period. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the applicable warranty period. If you have a defective product that you believe is covered in this limited warranty, it is important to follow the proper return procedure set forth in this limited warranty.

Defective parts that conform to the limited warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of Bodynetworx in accordance with the following terms:

• The repair or replacement is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.
• The part has been used only for the intended purpose, and the safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.
• The defect is not due to wear and tear, scratches, tears or stains to fabric, misuse, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair or failure to comply with instructions
• The defect is not due to exposure to cosmetic oils or chemicals, harsh chemicals, bleach, exposure to industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt or abrasive natural or chemical causes.
• The defect is not due to submergence of a part in water, indoor flooding or fire damage.
• The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated. The warranty is not transferable.
• The claim is made within the proper warranty period.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

• This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
• transportation;
• storage;
• improper use;
• failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;
• modifications;
• unauthorized repair;
• normal wear and tear; or
• external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?

Ten Year Warranty
Offered for the frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul) and Reformer gearbar and footbar mechanisms.

Two Year Warranty
Offered for springs and mechanical components.

Ninety Day Warranty
Offered for upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. This does not cover wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches or defects arising from abuse or use of harsh chemical cleansers. If the identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent will be provided.

WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, described above, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) or refund the purchase price of such product.

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
To obtain warranty service, you must email Customer Service at info@pilatesreformersplus.com during the warranty period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No warranty service will be provided without a RA number.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILTIY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
