Returns & Refunds

IMPORTANT NOTE:This is a general return policy and each product has a different return policy. To view each product return policy click on the "Returns" tab next to the description of the product you are interested in.
    Reformers and large equipment purchased from Pilates Reformers Plus may not be returnable.



        You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

        Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you released the shipping company of any liability on the shipment. We will inform you if you should ship it yourself or if we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you. The process of generating the return label can take up to 5 business days so please be patient. In case we provided you a return label, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when we receive the item back at our warehouse.
        All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund on top of the return costs once the item is returned. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


        Please follow our shipping and receiving instructions and inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please refuse the delivery, send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


        Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.


        Please contact us if you need a replacement part, or missing any materials from your order. Replacement parts are not guaranteed but we will do our best.
        Please confirm the name of the piece and the item number. This is usually found in the instruction manual.

        If we can’t ship you an individual part, we will then have to do a full replacement of your order, in which we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your product.

        Your replacement order will be processed immediately once your return is back in our warehouse and the return tracking number has been confirmed.

        Most of our items ship directly from our suppliers or the manufacturer warehouses and we are prepared for fast shipping after your order is placed. Therefore, items can only be canceled within 1 hour after placement with no guarantees. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

        In a situation that you want to cancel your order but it was already processed, you have the option to refuse the delivery or start a return once the item has been delivered to you. Be aware that such a return is subjected to a return and restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund as mentioned in our Return Policy.
